Refunds and Returns

The Truth Project is operated by MJRVisuals LLC.
This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how purchases made through The Truth Project website are handled, including digital publications, downloadable educational resources, white papers, companion guides, policy pathway materials, books, and other paid content made available through this platform.
Because The Truth Project primarily sells digital products and downloadable materials, our refund and return policy is different from that of a store selling physical goods. We want customers to clearly understand what they are purchasing, what happens after payment is made, and what support is available if a technical issue occurs.

The majority of products sold through The Truth Project are digital in nature. These may include, but are not limited to:
•   PDF downloads
•   digital books and guides
•   white papers
•   documentary companion materials
•   educational downloads
•   policy pathway resources
•   digital reports
•   research-based publications
•   related informational or instructional content

These products are typically delivered electronically and are generally made available immediately or shortly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed, downloaded, saved, copied, or transferred, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, The Truth Project does not generally offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital purchases once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

When a customer purchases a digital product from The Truth Project, that customer is purchasing access to content that can usually be used instantly. Unlike a physical item, a digital file cannot be “returned” in a meaningful way once it has been received. For that reason, we ask all customers to carefully review the product description, format, and intended use before completing a purchase.

By purchasing a digital product through this site, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
•   the item being purchased is a digital product
•   delivery may occur electronically
•   digital products generally cannot be returned after access or download
•   refund requests are limited to the circumstances outlined below

Limited Circumstances Where Assistance or Refund Consideration May Apply

Although our standard policy is that digital sales are final, The Truth Project, operated by MJRVisuals LLC, may review issues on a case-by-case basis in limited situations such as the following:

1. Duplicate Purchase
If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, we may review the order and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. Technical Delivery Failure
If a customer completes a purchase but does not receive access to the digital product, download link, or confirmation due to a verified technical issue on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time, a refund may be considered.
3. Corrupted or Inaccessible File
If the purchased file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened under normal use conditions, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement file, updated access link, or corrected version. If a usable version cannot be provided, a refund may be considered.
4. Incorrect Product Delivered
If a customer receives a file or product materially different from what was purchased, we will review the matter and either provide the correct product or consider an appropriate refund.

Circumstances That Generally Do Not Qualify for Refunds

Refunds will generally not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:
•   the customer changed their mind after purchase
•   the customer no longer wants the product
•   the customer purchased the wrong item by mistake but already downloaded or accessed it
•   the customer did not read the product description before buying
•   the customer expected a physical product when the listing clearly described a digital one
•   the customer is unable to use the file because they do not have compatible software or devices
•   the customer is dissatisfied with the topic, opinion, format, or style of the content after download
•   the customer failed to save or back up the file after successful delivery
•   the product was purchased during a promotion, special release, or limited digital offering unless otherwise stated

If The Truth Project or MJRVisuals LLC offers physical products in the future, those items may be subject to separate return conditions, eligibility rules, timelines, and shipping requirements. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, this page applies primarily to digital products and downloadable content.
If physical merchandise, print books, or other shipped items are later sold through this site, the applicable return terms for those items will be listed on the product page or updated in this policy.

Because digital products are not returned in the traditional sense, we do not generally offer exchanges for downloadable materials.
If, however, a customer receives the wrong file or encounters a verified technical delivery problem, we may provide the correct file or replacement access instead of issuing a refund.

We encourage all customers to review product information carefully before buying. This includes reading:
•   the full product title
•   the product description
•   the listed format
•   any usage notes
•   any access details
•   any compatibility information provided on the product page
Customers are responsible for confirming that the item they are purchasing meets their needs and that they are able to access standard digital file formats such as PDF or other listed formats.

If you believe your order qualifies for review under this policy, please contact us with your order details. Include as much information as possible so we can investigate the issue quickly.
